Terms of Service
These Terms of Service describe the rules and conditions for using MTechCore public pages and the private/internal MTech Playlist Intake automation.
MTech Playlist Intake is a private/internal automation for owner-controlled MTech playlists. It is not a public YouTube client, social network, advertising product, or consumer data marketplace.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing MTechCore public pages or by authorized use of related private/internal automation, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or automation.
2. Service description
MTechCore is a private home lab, automation, and infrastructure project. MTech Playlist Intake is an internal workflow that helps the owner review playlist items, extract basic metadata and project links, write review rows to an owner-controlled Google Sheet, and clean up processed items from owner-controlled intake playlists.
The service is intended for private/internal productivity and infrastructure planning. It is not designed for public user registration or third-party playlist management.
3. Authorized use
- Use the public pages only for lawful informational purposes.
- Use private/internal automation only if you are authorized by the MTechCore operator.
- Do not attempt to access private systems, credentials, dashboards, tokens, source data, or non-public endpoints.
- Do not interfere with, scrape aggressively, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass protections on the website or private automation.
4. YouTube and Google API use
MTech Playlist Intake may use the YouTube Data API and Google APIs only for owner-authorized, internal automation. Typical actions include reading playlist/video metadata needed for task review and removing processed items from playlists owned by the authenticated owner account after successful import.
External or non-owned playlists are treated as import-only/reference sources. Cleanup/delete actions are limited to owner-controlled playlists where the authenticated Google account has the required permission.
Use of YouTube data is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, and applicable Google API policies.
5. Data handling and privacy
Data handling is described in the MTechCore Privacy Policy. In summary, the private automation may process playlist titles/counts, playlist item IDs, video IDs, video titles, descriptions, URLs, and extracted project links for internal review. It does not download videos, read comments, access subscriber analytics, sell data, or use data for advertising/profiling.
6. Account access and revocation
Google account permissions can be reviewed or revoked at any time from Google Account Permissions. Revoking access may stop playlist intake or cleanup automation from functioning until authorization is restored.
7. No warranties
The website and internal automation are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. MTechCore does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, quota availability, error-free processing, or continued access to third-party APIs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTechCore and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the public pages or private/internal automation.
9. Third-party services
The project may link to or integrate with third-party services such as Google, YouTube, and Google Sheets. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, quotas, permissions, and availability.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above indicates the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
